Project Initiation: MAR-LS825

Adapt Research Projects has initiated MAR-LS825 (Metabolic Adaptability and Resilience with the Libre Sensor) as the first study in the current research cycle.

The purpose of MAR-LS825 is to assess how much faster continuous glucose monitoring, combined with established interventions such as nutrition counseling, strength training, and improved dietary, hydration, and exercise tracking, can support improved metabolic stability. The project framework includes structured coaching, digital tracking, and educational components designed to reinforce adaptability and resilience in daily practice. The project participant had stalled in her metabolic stability progress after a steady six month improvement.

Participant responsibilities include maintaining a daily retrospective log and submitting a monthly summary addressing observations, outcomes, and planned adjustments. These requirements are intended to create consistency and generate reliable data for later analysis.

Baseline data collection has been initiated, and subsequent updates will be posted as reporting milestones are reached.
